# §3560.153. Calculation of household income and assets.

- (a) Annual income will be calculated in accordance with 24 CFR [5.609(a)](/cfr/24/5.609.md?p=a) and [(b)](/cfr/24/5.609.md?p=b).
- (b) Adjusted income will be calculated in accordance with [24 CFR 5.611](/cfr/24/5.611.md).
- (c) Net family assets will be calculated in accordance with [24 CFR 5.603(b)](/cfr/24/5.603.md?p=b).
