# §3430.900. Applicability of regulations.


The regulations in this subpart apply to the program authorized under [section 1473E](/cfr/7/1473E.md) of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 ([7 U.S.C. 3319e](/usc/7/3319e.md)), as amended.
