# §3430.600. Applicability of regulations.


The regulations in this subpart apply to the program authorized under [section 7405](/cfr/7/7405.md) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ([7 U.S.C. 3319f](/usc/7/3319f.md)).
