# §3430.54. Indirect costs.


Indirect cost rates for grants and cooperative agreements shall be determined in accordance with [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md), unless superseded by another authority. Any restriction on indirect costs is to be identified in the request for applications as appropriate. Use of indirect costs as in-kind matching contributions is subject to [§ 3430.52(b)](/cfr/7/3430.52.md?p=b).
