# §3430.500. Applicability of regulations.


The regulations in this subpart apply to the program authorized under [section 406](/cfr/7/406.md) of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 (AREERA), [7 U.S.C. 7626](/usc/7/7626.md), as amended by the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 (FCEA), Public Law 110-246.
