# §3430.1100. Applicability of regulations.


The regulations in this subpart apply to the Food Insecurity Nutrition Incentive (FINI) grants program authorized under [section 4405](/cfr/7/4405.md) of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ([7 U.S.C. 7517](/usc/7/7517.md)), as added by section 4208 of the Agricultural Act of 2014 (Pub. L. 113-79).
