# §3400.10. Establishment and operation of peer review groups.


Subject to [§ 3400.5](/cfr/7/3400.5.md), the Director will adopt procedures for the conduct of peer reviews and the formulation of recommendations under [§ 3400.14](/cfr/7/3400.14.md).
