# §319.41-2. Application for permits.


Persons contemplating the importation of any of the articles specified in [§ 319.41-1(b)](/cfr/7/319.41-1.md?p=b) shall first make application to the Plant Protection and Quarantine Program for a permit in accordance with [§§ 319.7 through 319.7-5](/cfr/7/319.7..319.7-5.md).
