# §29.58. Who may obtain inspection.


Inspection, sampling, or weighing as described in [§ 29.56](/cfr/7/29.56.md) may be requested by an interested party, or his authorized agent, by filing an application in accordance with §§ [29.59](/cfr/7/29.59.md) and [29.60](/cfr/7/29.60.md).
