# §29.2283. Nested.


Any tobacco which has been loaded, packed, or arranged to conceal foreign matter or tobacco of inferior grade, quality, or condition. (See [Rule 22](/cfr/7/22.md), [§ 29.2413](/cfr/7/29.2413.md).)
