# §2811.5. Appeals.


Procedure. Any person whose initial request is denied in whole or in part may appeal that denial, in accordance with 7 CFR [1.6(e)](/cfr/7/1.6.md?p=e) and [1.8](/cfr/7/1.8.md), to the Director, Office of Operations, USDA, Room 113-W Administration Building, 14th & Independence Avenue SW., Washington, DC 20250.
