# §28.306. Over 13/16 inch staple.


Cotton which is more than thirteen-sixteenths of an inch in length of staple but is not exactly one of the measurements specified in [§ 28.302](/cfr/7/28.302.md), shall be designated by that one of such measurements which comes nearest under its true measurement.
