# §27.60. When original request deemed withdrawn.


If the period of 30 days specified in [§ 27.58](/cfr/7/27.58.md) shall expire without the filing of the notice of desire for classification the applicant shall be deemed to have withdrawn the original request for the classification of such cotton.
