# §2500.101. Applicability of regulations.


The regulations in this subpart apply to the Outreach and Assistance for Socially Disadvantaged Farmers and Ranchers (OASDFR) Program authorized under [section 2501](/cfr/7/2501.md) of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation and Trade Act of 1990 ([7 U.S.C. 2279](/usc/7/2279.md)), as amended. Unless otherwise specified in this subpart, the requirements of [7 CFR part 2500](/cfr/7/part2500.md) subparts [A](/cfr/7/subpartA.md) through [E](/cfr/7/subpartE.md) will apply in addition to the requirements discussed in this subpart.
