# §25.622. Other considerations.

- (a) **Civil rights compliance requirements.** All grants made under this subpart are subject to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and [7 CFR part 1901](/cfr/7/part1901.md), subpart E.
- (b) **Environmental review requirements.** Grants made under this subpart must comply with environmental review requirements in accordance with [7 CFR part 1970](/cfr/7/part1970.md).
- (c) **Other USDA regulations.** This program is subject to the provisions of the following regulations, as applicable:
  - (1) [2 CFR part 400](/cfr/2/part400.md), Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards;
  - (2) [2 CFR part 415](/cfr/2/part415.md), General Program Administrative Regulations;
  - (3) [2 CFR part 416](/cfr/2/part416.md), General Program Administrative Regulations for Grants and Cooperative Agreements to State and Local Governments;
  - (4) [2 CFR part 417](/cfr/2/part417.md), Nonprocurement Debarment and Suspension;
  - (5) [2 CFR part 418](/cfr/2/part418.md), New Restrictions on Lobbying;
  - (6) [2 CFR part 421](/cfr/2/part421.md), Requirements for Drug-Free Workplace (Financial Assistance); and
  - (7) [2 CFR part 422](/cfr/2/part422.md), Research Institutions Conducting USDA-Funded Extramural Research; Research Misconducts.
