# §248.22. Nonprocurement debarment/suspension, drug-free workplace, and lobbying restrictions.


The State agency shall ensure compliance with the requirements of the Department's regulations governing nonprocurement debarment/suspension ([2 CFR part 180](/cfr/2/part180.md), OMB Guidelines to Agencies on Government-wide Debarment and Suspension and USDA implementing regulations [2 CFR part 417](/cfr/2/part417.md)), drug-free workplace ([2 CFR part 182](/cfr/2/part182.md), Government-wide Requirements for Drug-Free Workplace), and the Department's regulations governing restrictions on lobbying ([2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md), subpart [E](/cfr/7/subpartE.md) and [USDA](/cfr/7/subpartUSDA.md) implementing regulations [2 CFR part 400](/cfr/2/part400.md), [part 415](/cfr/7/part415.md) and [part 418](/cfr/7/part418.md)), where applicable.
