# §23.12. Availability of funds.


Available funds will be allocated equally and following approval of a Regional Annual Plan of Work paid to the Directors of the four Regional Centers. Funds will be available for Regional Programs for expenditures authorized by [section 503(c)](/cfr/7/503.md?p=c) of title V, in the fiscal year for which the funds were appropriated and the next fiscal year.
