# §227.42. Grant closeout procedures.


The requirements of [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md), subpart [D](/cfr/7/subpartD.md), and [USDA](/cfr/7/subpartUSDA.md) implementing regulations [2 CFR part 400](/cfr/2/part400.md) and [part 415](/cfr/7/part415.md), are applicable in the termination of any grant under this part.
