# §226.24. Property management requirements.


Institutions and administering agencies shall follow the policies and procedures governing title, use, and disposition of equipment obtained by purchase, whose cost was acquired in whole or part with food service equipment assistance funds in accordance with [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md), subpart [D](/cfr/7/subpartD.md) and [USDA](/cfr/7/subpartUSDA.md) implementing regulations [2 CFR part 400](/cfr/2/part400.md) and [part 415](/cfr/7/part415.md), as applicable.
