# §220.23. Seamless Summer Option non-congregate meal service.


A school food authority participating in the National School Lunch Program's Seamless Summer Option, and which is approved to offer a non-congregate meal service, must comply with the provisions specified in [§ 210.34](/cfr/7/210.34.md) of this chapter.
