# §210.34. Seamless Summer Option non-congregate meal service.


A school food authority operating the Seamless Summer Option in a rural area may be approved to offer a non-congregate meal service consistent with that established in [part 225](/cfr/7/part225.md) of this chapter. Such school food authorities must comply with the non-congregate meal service provisions set forth at § [225.16(b)(5)(i)](/cfr/7/225.16.md?p=b-5-i) and [(iv)](/cfr/7/225.16.md?p=b-5-iv) of this chapter and may use the non-congregate meal service options contained in [§ 225.16(i)](/cfr/7/225.16.md?p=i) of this chapter.
