# §2.400. Deputy Chief Information Officer.


Pursuant to [§ 2.89](/cfr/7/2.89.md), the following delegation of authority is made by the Chief Information Officer to the Deputy Chief Information Officer, to be exercised only during the absence or unavailability of the Chief Information Officer: Perform all duties and exercise all powers which are now or which may hereafter be delegated to the Chief Information Officer.
