# §2.201. Director, Office of Ethics.


Pursuant to the Office of Government Ethics regulations at [5 CFR part 2638](/cfr/5/part2638.md), the Director, Office of Ethics, shall be the USDA Designated Agency Ethics Official with the authority to coordinate and manage the Department's ethics program as provided in [part 2638](/cfr/7/part2638.md).
