# §1951.896. Appeals.


Any appealable adverse decision made by FmHA or its successor agency under Public Law 103-354 which affects the borrower may be appealed upon written request of the aggrieved party in accordance with [subpart B of part 1900](/cfr/7/part1900-subpartB.md) of this chapter.
