# §1951.214. Care, management, and disposal of acquired property.


Property acquired by Government or its successor agency under Public Law 103-354 will be handled according to subparts [B](/cfr/7/part1955-subpartB.md) and [C](/cfr/7/part1955-subpartC.md) of part 1955 of this chapter.
