# §1951.212. Unauthorized financial assistance.


[Subpart O of part 1951](/cfr/7/part1951-subpartO.md) of this chapter prescribes policies for servicing the loans and grants covered under this subpart when it is determined that a borrower or grantee was not eligible for all or part of the financial assistance received in the form of a loan, grant, subsidy, or any other direct financial assistance.
