# §1782.10. Audit requirements.


Audits for loans will be required in accordance with [§ 1780.47](/cfr/7/1780.47.md) of this chapter. If the borrower becomes delinquent or is experiencing problems, the servicing official will require an audit or other documentation deemed necessary to resolve the delinquency. The provisions of [subpart F](/cfr/7/subpartF.md) of [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md), as adopted by USDA through [2 CFR part 400](/cfr/2/part400.md), address audit requirements for recipients of Federal assistance.
