# §1777.15. Public infrastructure—Rates and terms.


Public infrastructure loans will bear interest at not more than the maximum rate of 5 percent per annum. The rates and terms will be in accordance with [7 CFR 1780](/cfr/7/1780.md) Water and Waste Loans and Grants.
