# §1775.31. Authorization.


This subpart sets forth additional policies and procedures for making Technical Assistance and Training (TAT) grants authorized under [Section 306(a)(14)(A)](/cfr/7/306.md?p=a-14-A) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (CONACT) ([7 U.S.C. 1921](/usc/7/1921.md) et seq., as amended.
