# §1734.12. Expedited telecommunications loans


RUS will expedite consideration and determination of an application submitted by an RUS telecommunications borrower for a loan under the Act or an advance of such loan funds to be used in conjunction with financial assistance under subparts [B](/cfr/7/subpartB.md), [C](/cfr/7/subpartC.md), or D of this part. See [7 CFR part 1737](/cfr/7/part1737.md) for loans and [7 CFR part 1744](/cfr/7/part1744.md) for advances under this section.
