# §1724.7. Debarment and suspension.


Borrowers shall comply with the requirements on debarment and suspension in connection with procurement activities set forth in [2 CFR part 180](/cfr/2/part180.md), as adopted by USDA through [2 CFR part 417](/cfr/2/part417.md), particularly with respect to lower tier transactions, e.g., procurement contracts for goods or services.
