# §15.93. Time and place of hearing.


When a notice of hearing is sent to an applicant or recipient, the time and place of hearing shall be fixed by the Secretary, and when the applicant or recipient requests a hearing, the time and place shall be set by the hearing officer and in either case in conformity with [§ 15.9(b)](/cfr/7/15.9.md?p=b). The complainant, if any, shall be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
