# §1489.34. Suspension, termination, and closeout of agreements.


A program agreement may be suspended or terminated in accordance with the suspension and termination procedures in [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md). If an agreement is terminated, the applicable regulations in [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md) will apply to the closeout of the agreement.
