# §1489.26. Disclosure of program information.

- (a) Documents submitted to CCC by RAPP Participants are subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. [552](/usc/5/552.md), and [7](/usc/5/7.md) CFR [part 1](/cfr/7/part1.md), [subpart A](/cfr/7/subpartA.md), specifically [§ 1.12](/cfr/7/1.12.md).
- (b) Any research conducted by a RAPP Participant pursuant to a RAPP program agreement and/or approval letter shall be subject to the provisions relating to intangible property in [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md).
