# §1487.18. Disclosure of program information.

- (a) Documents submitted to CCC by Participants are subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. [552](/usc/5/552.md), and [7](/usc/5/7.md) CFR [part 1](/cfr/7/part1.md), [subpart A](/cfr/7/subpartA.md), including, specifically, [7 CFR 1.11](/cfr/7/1.11.md).
- (b) Any research conducted by a Participant pursuant to an agreement and/or approval letter shall be subject to the provisions relating to intangible property in [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md).
