# §1466.9. Technical services provided by qualified personnel not affiliated with USDA.

- (a) NRCS may use the services of qualified third-party TSPs in its delivery of EQIP technical assistance in accordance with [7 CFR part 652](/cfr/7/part652.md).
- (b) Participants may obtain technical services from certified TSPs in accordance with [7 CFR part 652](/cfr/7/part652.md).
- (c) NRCS retains approval authority of work done by non-NRCS personnel for the purpose of approving EQIP payments.
