# §1464.4. Funding pool allocations.

- (a) Of the funds made available for the program, NRCS will allocate:
  - (1) Fifty percent of the funds to projects based on a State or multistate competitive process; and
  - (2) **Fifty percent of the funds to projects for the CCAs designated by the Secretary.**
- (b) NRCS will allocate funds under the funding pools identified under [paragraph (a)](#a) of this section to projects selected on a competitive basis pursuant to partnership agreement proposals submitted under the requirements of [subpart B](/cfr/7/subpartB.md) of this part.
