# §1450.9. Appeals.

- (a) Except as provided in [paragraph (b)](#b) of this section, a person or legal entity applying for participation may appeal or request reconsideration of an adverse determination in accordance with the administrative appeal regulations at parts [11](/cfr/7/part11.md) and [780](/cfr/7/part780.md) of this title.
- (b) Determinations by the Natural Resources Conservation Service, U.S. Forest Service, Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management, or other authorized technical assistance provider may be appealed in accordance with procedures established in [part 614 of this title](/cfr/7/part614.md) or otherwise established by the respective Agency.
