# §1435.400. General statement.


This subpart will be applicable in the event that raw, refined, or in-process sugar is owned and held in CCC inventory (accumulated under the program authorized by [section 156](/cfr/7/156.md) of the Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act, as amended) as specified in [subpart B](/cfr/7/subpartB.md) of this part.
