# §1430.421. Death, incompetency, or disappearance.


In the case of death, incompetency, disappearance, or dissolution of a producer that is eligible to receive benefits under this subpart, such persons as are specified in [part 707 of this title](/cfr/7/part707.md) may receive such benefits, as determined appropriate by FSA.
