# §1421.400. Applicability.

- (a) This subpart specifies the terms and conditions under which an entity that is a DMA of peanut producers, or a subsidiary of such an entity, may qualify as a DMA, as defined in [§ 1421.3](/cfr/7/1421.3.md). DMAs may process peanut MALs and LDPs on behalf of producers.
- (b) This subpart only applies with respect to peanut MALs and peanut LDPs.
