# §1416.1. Applicability.

- (a) This subpart establishes general conditions for this subpart and subparts [B](/cfr/7/subpartB.md) through [E](/cfr/7/subpartE.md) of this part and applies only to those subparts. Subparts [B](/cfr/7/subpartB.md) through [E](/cfr/7/subpartE.md) cover the following programs authorized by the Agricultural Act of 2014 (Pub. L. 113-79, also referred to as the 2014 Farm Bill):
  - (1) Emergency Assistance for Livestock, Honeybees, and Farm-Raised Fish Program (ELAP);
  - (2) Livestock Forage Disaster Program (LFP);
  - (3) Livestock Indemnity Payments Program (LIP); and
  - (4) **Tree Assistance Program (TAP).**
- (b) To be eligible for payments under these programs, participants must comply with all provisions under this subpart and the relevant particular subpart for that program. All other provisions of law also apply.
