# §1414.7. Payment calculation.

- (a) Payments will be determined by multiplying the eligible acres of an eligible commodity by the payment rate for such commodity. Payment rates are specified in [paragraph (b)](#b) of this section.
- (b) **The FBA Program payment rates are specified in the following table.**
