# §1414.108. Payment calculation.


Payments will be determined by multiplying the eligible acres of an eligible specialty crop by the payment rate for such specialty crop. Payment rates are specified in table 1 to [§ 1414.105(a)](/cfr/7/1414.105.md?p=a).
