# §1410.59. Appeals.

- (a) Except as provided in [paragraph (b)](#b) of this section, a participant or producer seeking participation may appeal or request reconsideration of an adverse determination in accordance with the administrative appeal regulations at parts [11](/cfr/7/part11.md) and [780](/cfr/7/part780.md) of this title.
- (b) Determinations by NRCS assigned to make such determination for CCC may be appealed in accordance with procedures established in [part 614 of this title](/cfr/7/part614.md).
