# §1409.207. Miscellaneous provisions.

- (a) An eligible entity must comply with the provisions of:
  - (1) 2 CFR Chapters [I](/cfr/2/chI.md) and [II](/cfr/2/chII.md) (Office of Management and Budget Government-wide Guidance for Grants and Agreements);
  - (2) 2 CFR parts [200](/cfr/2/part200.md) and [400](/cfr/2/part400.md) (Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards);
  - (3) [2 CFR part 415](/cfr/2/part415.md) (General Program Administrative Regulations); and
  - (4) [2 CFR part 418](/cfr/2/part418.md) (New Restrictions on Lobbying).
- (b) An eligible entity that does not comply with the terms of the applicable grant or cooperative agreement is subject to the provisions of: 18 U.S.C. [286](/usc/18/286.md), [287](/usc/18/287.md), [371](/usc/18/371.md), [641](/usc/18/641.md), [651](/usc/18/651.md), [1001](/usc/18/1001.md), and [1014](/usc/18/1014.md); [15 U.S.C. 714](/usc/15/714.md); and [31 U.S.C. 3729](/usc/31/3729.md).
