# §1250.509. USDA costs.


Pursuant to [§ 1250.347](/cfr/7/1250.347.md) of the Order, the Board shall pay those administrative costs incurred by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for the conduct of its duties under the Order as determined periodically by the Secretary. Payment shall be due promptly after the billing for such costs.
