# §1221.22. Production.


Production, as used in [§ 1221.100](/cfr/7/1221.100.md), means:

- (a) for the purpose of establishing the initial Board in paragraphs [(a)](/cfr/7/1221.100.md?p=a), [(b)](/cfr/7/1221.100.md?p=b), [(c)](/cfr/7/1221.100.md?p=c), [(d)](/cfr/7/1221.100.md?p=d), and [(e)](/cfr/7/1221.100.md?p=e) of § 1221.100, the volume of grain sorghum produced during the last 5 crop years, excluding the high and low years, and
- (b) For the purpose of reapportionment in paragraphs [(e)](/cfr/7/1221.100.md?p=e) and [(f)](/cfr/7/1221.100.md?p=f) of § 1221.100, the total assessments collected by the Board during the last 5 crop years, excluding the high and low years.
