# §1212.24. Qualified national organization representing cooperative interests.


“Qualified national organization representing cooperative interests” means an organization that the Secretary certifies as being eligible to nominate cooperative and alternate cooperative members of the Board under [§ 1212.42](/cfr/7/1212.42.md).
