# §1209.33. Appointment.


From the nominations made pursuant to [§ 1209.31](/cfr/7/1209.31.md), the Secretary shall appoint the members of the Council on the basis of representation provided for in [§ 1209.30](/cfr/7/1209.30.md), except that no more than one member may be appointed to the Council from nominations submitted by any one producer or importer.
